My focus is upon how you experience any illness, your circumstances and life events to create a treatment plan in the context of you. I offer patient specific herbal formula, dietary and nutritional supplement advice and natural therapeutic recommendations. Choose the peace of the mountains in Glendalough or the sea in Greystones Co Wicklow to start the process.

I am clinically trained in pathology, physiology, anatomy and drug/ herb interactions to safely dispense prescription herbs which I do within a naturopathic approach to intuitively guide your body through the stages of recovery. 

You will be active in your treatment, making lifestyle and dietary changes that will become your resource for longer term health. You will understand yourself and your body better.

Herbs are tonics for life too that energize, tone, cleanse and balance our physical and energetic body.  You may see me for these principles also to help achieve a healthy lifestyle goal or fitness plan.

I am also an Iridologist using your iris pictures to inform me further where medicinal, nutritional and therapeutic support is best focused.

Conditions I commonly treat include menopause, stress, anxiety and grief, insomnia, high blood pressure & cholesterol, urinary infections, kidney disease, digestive diseases, migraine, respiratory illness, reflux, type II diabetes & thyroid conditions. Treatment plans to support serious illness are also available as are home visits by request.
