The markings within your iris are as unique as your finger prints and they provide a valuable insight into your health potential and your emotional patterns.
In this beginners workshop you’ll understand your self better by gathering information on the structure & colour of your iris. You’ll then put this together to compose a simple personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.
An empowering day to facilitate your personal growth and health, in beautiful Glendalough. The workshop is €85 and includes an Iridology Chart to take home, herbal tea & plant based treats on arrival and at break times. Please bring your own lunch. Arrival from 9.30am for refreshments and greetings.
